Dishonour now in Lux

January 17th, 2013 — 12:26pm

It’s been a little while coming, but you can now buy Dishonour goods via Lux BMX in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. I’ve known Mitch for some years now, and Lux hook up Brock and K-Town, so it’s rad to have our gear flowing through their store.

Cheeky shot of J-Bomb doing what he does to bring in the weekend. Lil’ bit of haze or whatever.

Stockist Feature

July 8th, 2011 — 7:10am

We recently added a few stockists and we haven’t said too much about it on here (although if you like us on Facebook you’d already know), one of them was Royal BMX in Perth.

Ben is doing a rad job holding it down for crew over there, and Calvin K gave him a bit of a run for his new feature jib called On The Down Low. From what I understand, OTDL is a little project to give the Western Australian scene a bit more coverage. We even got a bit of a mention towards the end.

On a related note, Calvin does some really nice work with the old camera, check out his vimeo channel thing here and watch some of his edits and sections from his DVD ‘Let it Bleed’.

soooollld up

April 29th, 2011 — 11:51pm

Just a quick little post, just sold outta the Compton snap-backs. Dang!

Never fear, we got some new ill shit dropping over the next few months. Stay tuned.

P.S. The Old Mate jeans are also running off the shelves… size 34 in particular is pretty low, but I don’t expect we will have many left within a few weeks. We’ve been getting real, real positive reviews from cats that have got their orders… so what are you waiting for? Hit on the online store or mack on one of our stockists.

Support Your Local

April 18th, 2011 — 12:46am

Last week my friends Dre and Simon at The Sanction announced that they were shutting up shop. Why? Basically because they couldn’t compete with overseas mail order. There’s a little video about it here.

Simon / The Sanction / Support Your Local

I’m not even going to bother getting preachy about this shit. The people that understand the value of a local BMX shop will shop local. The cats that don’t get it won’t get it because I wrote a bunch of words. It’s a frustrating status quo, I just hope that there are enough of us that know what time it is.

Otherwise we’re heading back to 1999, and that is not a good thing.

Have a good sleep Sangas, can’t wait till you wake up.

Just a quick update on our Major Work tall-fit singlets (see the below post for more info)….

They are now in-stock at Little Black Bike in Adelaide. If you throw enough money at Hodge, he might even sell you his custom black on black Major Work tee! 1 of 1…

Backbone BMX, Helensvale BMX, The Sanction and Welly’s Cycles should all receive their shipments tomorrow, we sent a whole bunch of gear off express today.

Go visit them and grab yourself some singlet-y goodness, or hit up the online store.

Happy Monday!

Now stocking across the pond

February 11th, 2011 — 12:35pm

Just got word from Tim from T White’s Bikes that our Compton Tees and Caps have landed. So finally, all our homies from New Zealand can now grab some Dishonour gear.

Tim’s a busy guy and hasn’t had much time to get the gear photographed and on the online store, so for now you’ll have to head in to the shop and grab some gear while the going’s good!

Stoked to have T Whites on board. Stoked to stocking in NZ. Yew!

Update Life

February 5th, 2011 — 9:02am

Just a few bits and pieces worth posting.

Sanction, Helensvale BMX, Little Black Bike, and Riding Way all got our Compton snapbacks and tees. I’m not sure if Backbone have received their order yet, but if they haven’t, it should be arriving on Monday.

While we’re talking about the Compton drop, shit has sold really quick… much quicker than I would have expected. Tee wise… Super low on smalls, larges and x-larges. I ordered a crap load of mediums (cause they usually run out first) which seems to have paid off, cause I’ve got a few mediums left still. The caps are selling quick too… but the one colour & one-size-fits all makes a life a bunch easier stock wise for us!

So yeah. Either holla at the online store or at one of the stockists mentioned above. Yeah!

Umm and apart from that, if you’re bored and swing the Twitter way, you should follow us. We tweet a bit, and are especially partial to a bit of tweet pic action mid session. Yeah be there, ya heard.

I’m done. Time for a ride!

Backbone and Helensvale got the goods

December 9th, 2010 — 7:15am

What might have slipped under the radar with all the bangin’ news lately (think Cali Sunnies, Alex on the Team, New Website) is that we’ve got a couple of new stockists, Helensvale BMX (QLD) and Backbone BMX (ACT). Helensvale came on board last month, and Backbone began stocking with our Cali / Support Local drop.

Both stockists are seriously amazing stores, so we’re really stoked to have them stocking our gear. Really effing stoked!

Proof is in the pudding though:

Backbone BMX now stocks Dishonour Brand!

And Helensvale BMX stocks Dishonour too!

So either head over to their online stores or take a stroll and say hi to Rhsty and Tys at Backbone and Mitch and the boys @ Helensvale.

Oh and suss this little one clip featuring Kelvin Pentland, Backbone BMX crew member. Effing wild man!

Apparently that clip was his first run around the park after putting together his new FBM. What?

Our new stockist in Melbourne

November 24th, 2010 — 7:57pm

After a bit of Australia Post hassles (can’t complain too much, they’re usually pretty reliable) we’ve lined up Riding Way in Melbourne with some product.

Their first shipment contained some of our Smooth New Era Caps and Tees, and they’ve got a stash of Cali 2 Sunnies and Support Local tees on hold, ready to ship as soon as they drop.

So if you’re after some Dishonour gear and you’re in Melbourne, go hit Gorak and his crew up at Riding Way!
